StratLens is an independent practice based in Pune. Project-specific terms are agreed in the written scope before payment.
Payment and start date Projects begin with a 50% advance. The balance is due after agreed approval and before launch or handover. Prices are as listed for one outlet.
Work starts on the date I confirm in writing that I have begun, after I receive your advance and the materials I need.
What a one-time payment covers A one-time fee pays for the agreed project, its listed deliverables, revision allowance and handover. It does not include lifetime updates, unlimited calls, ongoing maintenance or continuing business advice. Handover help is limited to what is listed in your package or written scope. Any additional support period or response arrangements are agreed in writing before payment.
Scope and revisions Google Profile Cleanup includes one revision. Menu Makeover and Café & Restaurant Website Starter each include two revision rounds. Monthly Local Presence Care includes one consolidated content revision. The bundle uses the revision limits of its included services. Business Check-Up revisions and any additional work follow the agreed written scope.
A revision round means one consolidated list of changes to the agreed draft. Extra pages, additional items, a new design direction, new features or changes to previously approved information are additional work. I confirm any extra fee and schedule in writing and wait for your approval before doing that work.
Errors after delivery I correct errors in the agreed deliverables at no extra charge. An error means the delivered work does not match the agreed scope or approved content. A new requirement or a change to previously approved information is additional work, rather than an error correction.
External costs and renewals Domain, hosting, software, subscriptions, printing, photography, advertising and extra travel are separate unless the written quote expressly includes them. I agree external purchases with you before making them. One-time service fees do not cover future renewals. Your business accounts and domain stay yours.
Refunds and cancellations Before work starts, you can cancel and receive a full refund of the advance, minus any approved external purchases already made.
After work starts, the advance covers work completed to that point. I show you in writing what has been done and refund any unused part.
After final delivery or launch, fees are not refundable, but I correct errors in the agreed deliverables at no extra charge.

Waiting for materials or feedback If I am waiting on your materials or feedback for more than 14 days, I may pause the project. If there is no reply for 30 days, I may close it; the advance then covers work completed to that point and any unused part is refunded. Restarting may need a new schedule.
Monthly care Please give 3 days' notice to cancel the monthly care package. The current month is not refunded.
Final files and ownership You own the final agreed deliverable files after full payment. Third-party items such as stock images, fonts or software remain subject to their own usage terms. I may describe the work in general terms, but I will not name you or show your details without your permission.

Google Profile Cleanup

Support and later changes. The included support is the 20-minute handover. Later profile changes, regular posts, review replies and ongoing upkeep need a separate quote or the optional monthly care package.
Separate or excluded. Google Business Profile is free. Platform approval, suspension appeals and ranking guarantees are excluded. Verification assistance is included, but approval is Google’s decision.

Café & Restaurant Business Check-Up

45-minute owner interview and one visit up to 60 minutes Comparison of three nearby competitors Review of menu presentation, online details and enquiries Three-page report, five priorities and 30-minute discussion Revisions and handover. Report revision arrangements are confirmed in the written scope before payment. No open-ended revision allowance is included.
Support and later changes. The included 30-minute discussion covers the report. Further advice sessions, repeat assessments, additional visits and implementing the recommendations need a separate quote.
Separate or excluded. The visit area is agreed before booking; extra travel is quoted separately. Implementation, financial audits, food-safety assessments and specialist operating advice are excluded.

Monthly Local Presence Care

Separate or excluded. Initial profile cleanup is separate if needed. Website edits and maintenance, social media management, photography and advertising are excluded. No guaranteed enquiries, sales or rankings.

Website + Google bundle

Included work
Website Starter for one outlet, with its listed website scope. Google Profile Cleanup for the same outlet, with its listed cleanup scope. One approved set of information, coordinated setup and handover. Revisions and handover. Two website revision rounds and one Google profile revision. Combining the services does not increase either service’s allowance.
Support and later changes. The one-time fee covers the two agreed services and their included handovers, including the 20-minute Google profile handover. Later website edits, maintenance and profile upkeep need a separate quote. Monthly care is optional and covers Google profile work only.
Separate or excluded. Domain, hosting, subscriptions and renewals are separate. A separate print-menu redesign is optional. The exclusions of Website Starter and Google Profile Cleanup also apply. Overlapping setup is not charged twice.
