The work focuses on information you approve for your outlet: hours, contact details, categories, description, supplied photos and your menu link.

Your account stays yours. Eligibility and authorised access are checked before the project is agreed. Google decides platform verification and search placement.

What you need to provide.

  • Accurate outlet contact details and approved opening hours.
  • Your current menu link.
  • Up to 10 supplied photos you have permission to use.
  • Authorised access to the eligible business profile.

Verification assistance is included. Platform approval, suspension appeals and ranking guarantees are excluded.

One cleanup, then an optional routine.

Google Profile Cleanup is a one-time project. It includes one revision and a 20-minute handover.

Monthly Local Presence Care is optional at ₹2,499/month. Its listed scope includes four Google posts, up to five supplied-photo uploads, replies to up to 10 reviews, an hours check, a one-page activity/results report and a 20-minute review call. One consolidated content revision is included. Initial cleanup is separate if needed.

Website edits, social media management, photography and advertising are excluded. No guaranteed enquiries, sales or rankings.

Is Google Business Profile itself free?

Yes. Google Business Profile is free. The ₹1,999 service fee covers the listed cleanup work.

Do I need monthly management?

No. The cleanup stands on its own. Monthly Local Presence Care is optional and covers only the listed recurring work.

Can this be combined with a website?

Yes. The Website + Google bundle is ₹7,499 one-time for one outlet. It includes Website Starter and Google Profile Cleanup; the separate print-menu redesign is optional.

Can you guarantee the top position?

No. We commit to the agreed deliverables. Sales, enquiries and rankings depend on many factors. Where tracking is available, we review activity and owner-confirmed enquiries rather than treating clicks as sales.

Privacy & enquiries

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. When you select Send enquiry, your name, business, location, reply email, optional phone number and message are sent to FormSubmit, which forwards the enquiry to stratlensconsulting999@gmail.com.

FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. StratLens receives a copy by email and uses your contact details to respond to your enquiry. For deletion requests, email stratlensconsulting999@gmail.com. Read FormSubmit’s privacy terms.

If you choose the WhatsApp alternative, the page prepares your message locally. Only opening WhatsApp passes the message to WhatsApp; you review and send it yourself. WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply. Copying or downloading a message does not send it.

The hosting provider may process standard connection information to deliver the website. Share only information needed to discuss your project; do not include passwords, financial account details or customer lists.

Terms

StratLens is an independent practice based in Pune. Project-specific terms are agreed in the written scope before payment.

Payment and start date

Projects begin with a 50% advance. The balance is due after agreed approval and before launch or handover. Prices are as listed for one outlet.

Work starts on the date we confirm in writing that we have begun, after we receive your advance and the materials we need.

Scope and revisions

Google Profile Cleanup includes one revision. Menu Makeover and Café Website Starter each include two revision rounds. Monthly Local Presence Care includes one consolidated content revision. The bundle uses the revision limits of its included services. Business Check-Up revisions and any additional work follow the agreed written scope.

Refunds and cancellations

Before work starts, you can cancel and receive a full refund of the advance, minus any approved external purchases already made.

After work starts, the advance covers work completed to that point. We show you in writing what has been done and refund any unused part.

After final delivery or launch, fees are not refundable, but we correct errors in the agreed deliverables at no extra charge.

Waiting for materials or feedback

If we are waiting on your materials or feedback for more than 14 days, we may pause the project. If there is no reply for 30 days, we may close it; the advance then covers work completed to that point and any unused part is refunded. Restarting may need a new schedule.

Monthly care

Please give 3 days' notice to cancel the monthly care package. The current month is not refunded.

Final files and ownership

You own the final agreed deliverable files after full payment. Third-party items such as stock images, fonts or software remain subject to their own usage terms. I may describe the work in general terms, but I will not name you or show your details without your permission.
